Shipping & Returns

Gooselings, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Gooselings,” “us,” “we,” “our,” or “Company”) has created this Shipping and Return Policy to apply to all orders made using the website. This Shipping and Returns Policy describes our shipping and delivery practices, including international shipping and the return policy for the products you purchase from us. Your order and use of our Services is governed by our Terms of Service which is considered accepted by virtue of your use of our Services. We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship Monday through Friday and strive to ship your order within one day (please allow for two extra days for monogrammed orders). Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number, so you can follow your product. Please contact us at info@gooselings.com if you have any questions about your order. Transit times in the U.S. can vary depending on your location, but orders should arrive in 2-5 business days.
We use third-party shipping providers. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages during transit. Please directly reach out to the shipping courier if any of these issues occur with your order.
International Shipping
If you’re interested in our items but live outside of the U.S., we offer a flat fee of $20 to Canada and $40 to the rest of the world. Please note custom charges are responsible by recipient. International sales are final sale and no returns will be accepted.
Return Policy
If you're unhappy with your product we will gladly accept returns or exchanges. Just send an email to returns@gooselings.com with your name and order number. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. The cost of shipping to return your item will be deducted from your refund.
We can not accept returns of monogrammed items, masks and international shipments. We accept returns of our product if they are in new unused condition, with tags and original packaging and returned within 15 days of delivery.
If you received your item as a gift, please email returns@gooselings.com the receipt of proof of purchase and we will send you additional return instructions.
